Just because you live on your own, or eat different to your family, my Dad taught me you eat with yrs eyes first. Dress it, make it a celebration, taking time with your food is super important, know where your food choices come from, have intention always with what you put into your body. Food is fuel for sure, it is also creativity, joy, expression and love.
They say … you are what you eat, I want to add to that and say … and how you eat…
Get dressed up, light a candle, pour a wine or kombucha, smile, be grateful, know where your food has come from and know that’s it’s adding nourishment and joy to your body 🌱
