I found my diary from 2020…

As business owners, we all have moments where we feel stuck, questioning why we do what we do. Reading this entry reminded me of my why.

This was me, six months before I found my way back to health. One year before I began my journey to becoming a health coach. Two years before the birth of Scandi.

✨ 25/2/2020 ✨
_"Since the move (to Tauranga), I’ve been battling extreme fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, headaches, and a whole lot of other symptoms. A long investigation has been going on for over a year now, and this week a doctor called me ‘a diagnostic dilemma.’ At the same time, I feel like the worst hypochondriac, which is why I’ve decided to only share this with a few close friends. People struggle when there’s no diagnosis—they don’t know what to say. On the outside, I look normal, but they don’t know how extremely tired I am All. The. Time. My brain is so exhausted I drop things, I’m grumpy with the kids, and I just feel so low.

I went to my GP today for what feels like the 20th time in a year. I’m so sick of guessing what’s wrong with me. Why can’t they just say: ‘This is what’s wrong with you’—even if it’s untreatable?”_

I share this because I know so many women feel like this. Lost, exhausted, unseen. If this is you, know that there is a way forward. That’s why I do what I do—to help you find your energy, your health, and yourself again.
