I’m so grateful for the beautiful morning of pampering I received yesterday at 💛 I was one of the lucky mama’s chosen to attend a complimentary pregnancy workshop, where we heard from the ever knowledgeable , did a wonderful pregnancy Pilates class and meditation, as well as receiving a complimentary pair of Align tights! It was so lovely to connect to other beautiful mums on their pregnancy journey, sample the beautiful Pure Mama products and eat delicious food. And as you can see from my photo, I have some samples to share with my pregnant mamas, as well as some magnesium rub to help ease your aches, so look out for these in clinic this week 🥰

Introducing my new Complete Care appointment ✨ 90 minutes completely dedicated to you! In this appointment I will tailor a treatment to your needs, using:
✨structural osteopathy with a strong focus on releasing fascial (connective tissue) and muscular tension.
✨cranial and biodynamic osteopathy to attune you to the inherent rhythms of your body, calm your nervous system and release physical and emotional trauma.
✨specific and targeted Pilates exercises to help strengthen your body.
This appointment is open to all, and especially those who have multiple areas of concern, which often can only be skimmed over in a shorter appointment time. It’s also a great place to start if you haven’t had any manual therapy for some time or to gain some momentum on your healing journey.

Something a little different today, speaking to these beautiful expectant mothers as a recent new mama, instead of as an osteo (although a few osteo tips came out... I can’t help myself).
I did one of Sarah’s workshops when I was pregnant with Lilah and loved it! Sarah is a great presenter, with such invaluable and relevant information. And if that wasn’t enough, she is also an incredible postpartum doula... our little family loves Sarah and highly recommend the routachment Delivered workshops!
