Thinking of those who lost a baby or child too soon.

International Bereaved Mother's Day is Sunday May 3rd.
A special day to honour and celebrate mums who hold their child/children in their hearts rather than their arms.

To every mother missing their baby today, we see you and we honour your love.

They just finished a group antenatal appointment about labour and birth. Hope they choose to birth at the birthing centre 😍

Preparing for labour and birth is so incredibly important. Visualization of how to cope with the contractions is one way. You spend most of your labour not having a contraction, but we focus on the contractions and not the breaks between. Bethlehem Birthing Centre
