1.) Bad Eyes.
Cloudy eyes.

This is mucus and acidic waste
congesting the eye tissue.
The eyes are literally lymph.
If the lymph is backed up,
the eyes will show it first.
Healthy eyes are clear and bright
not foggy or strained.

Lack of sleep disrupts vital hormones such as ghrelin and leptin, which heighten hunger signals even when your body doesn’t need more energy. At the same time, cortisol levels rise, signaling the body to hold on to energy, while insulin resistance develops—causing calories to be stored as fat rather than used for energy or muscle repair.

In essence, poor sleep doesn’t just make you feel exhausted—it actually reprograms your metabolism, making the same foods more likely to turn into fat and less likely to build muscle.

Stop eating at least 3 hours before sleep also helps digestion to be completed before rest.
