Postpartum recovery is about more than just exercise, it’s about understanding your body again.
Our 10-week Beyond the Bump program combines safe, progressive movement with women’s health education, helping you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection to your body after pregnancy and birth.
Throughout the program we’ll cover topics like:
• Pelvic floor recovery
• Returning to exercise safely
• Core and diastasis re**us
• Managing leaks, prolapse and pressure
• Breathing and movement patterns
Start date: April 21st
Pilates class: Thursday 9.30am
Strength class: Tuesday 10.30am
This is a supportive space to learn, move and ask questions, while gradually building strength alongside other mums going through the same stage of life.
Suitable from 6+ weeks postpartum (with clearance)
