We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to share spaces like this with our community 🤍🌿
Yesterday we gathered for our Rongoā in te Māra Wānanga, Spending time amongst the māra reconnecting with te taiao, learning about different plants, plant identification, and deepening our understanding of rongoā and the healing our whenua provides.
There is something special about coming together in these spaces slowing down, breathing in the māra, sharing kōrero, mātauranga, laughter, and connection with one another ✨
Rongoā is not only about the plants themselves, but also about the relationships we build with the whenua, with each other, and within ourselves.
Thank you to everyone who came and shared their wairua with us. We look forward to many more beautiful days learning, healing, and growing together 🌱
