I want to share very exciting news with you.
My collegue and friend Maria Kerewaro Yoga and I have launched a program we've been dreaming and planning for months,
ELEVATE - The Art of Teaching Yoga!
We aim to provide a space for YOGA TEACHERS to dive deeper into specific practices/areas to explore the possibilities of your yoga path, empower you as a teacher/instructor and expand your teaching skills, knowledge and creativity in the classroom, and unblock what is holding you back on the path to become an embodied agent for transformational and social wellbeing in your community.
Maria and I have a combined 20+ years of experience influenced by Forrest™ yoga, Embodied Flow™ yoga, Body-mind centering®, Śaiva non-dual Ta**ra and therapeutic methods.

With every yin, there is a yang. The divine masculine is the counterpart of the divine feminine. The two energies work together to create balance in the Universe. So, both the divine masculine and feminine are present everywhere we look—including within us.

I do not ascribe to the ‘masculine’
as being the destructive,
domineering,
arrogant,
bloodthirsty
in a ‘bad boy’ suit

the masculine
is a supreme awareness
an infinite presence
a divine ground

holding us
protecting us
awakening us
focusing us
liberating us
directing us

silencing us…

so we can be purposeful in our knowing.

I do not ascribe to the ‘feminine’
as being the soft,
sweet,
sensual,
seductive one
in flowy dresses

the feminine
is a frequency
a pulse
a guiding principle

moving us
opening us
humbling us
reminding us
teaching us
animating us

calling us…

to live from the deep.

I feel incredibly honoured and grateful to share SHAKTI • Goddess Immersions with you all.

Born out of a heartfelt desire to gather, connect and come together in community, I will be offering a 4-module deep dive into the transformative and empowering energy of the sacred feminine, the fierce, flowing, loving, abundant energies of Shakti while exploring the fascinating world of Tantrik Goddess Durga, Saraswati, Kali and Lakshmi, and the archetypal potency of the elements.

We will immerse in the practices and rituals of yoga, free movement, mantra, meditations and journaling to embody and connect to the goddess that you already are. And whether this is all very new to you and there's an inkling of curiosity or you've explored the goddess energies before, this will be a wonderful opportunity to practice collectively. Creating a container of energy to share, play, learn and grow together.

You can come for one module for $50 or do all four for $180.

07/Aug Module 1 - Durga, the warrior goddess of protection and inner strength.
Activate the courage to speak your truth and walk your path. Find support that comes from ancestors. Earth element.

21/Aug Module 2 - Saraswati, goddess of knowledge who flows as language, insight, and sound.
Find clarity in your intention, purpose, space, and expression. Water Element.

11/Sep Module 3 - Kali, goddess of revolution.
Become your own medicine, clarify your Yes, and set up your boundaries. Fire element.

This workshop is for everyone who identifies as woman.

A little about myself:
I’m an embodiment and somatic yoga mentor, walker of Pachamama, honourer of the sacred, and believer in the healing power of breathwork, movement medicine, plant medicine, and somatic psychology.
