Flu vaccines are now available at Palm Springs Medical Centre!

From 1 April 2026, eligible patients can book in or simply walk in for their annual flu vaccination.

You may be eligible if you:
• Are 65+
• Are pregnant
• Have a long-term condition like diabetes, asthma, or heart disease
• Are aged 6 months–4 years with a history of significant respiratory illness
• Or fall into another group recommended by health authorities

Meet our wonderful Nurse Practitioner, Michelle, here at Palm Springs Medical.

Michelle is highly qualified, experienced, and passionate about providing thorough, patient-focused care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she is able to assess, diagnose, order tests, prescribe medications, and manage both acute and long-term conditions, just like a GP.

Many people don't realise how much of an asset an experienced nurse practitioner can be. Michelle and Dr. Holman work very closely together and she has the experience and expertise to manage patients independently.

In her day to day, she sees everything from everyday illnesses and infections to ongoing condition management, prescriptions, and health checks. You'll receive the same high standard of clinical care from both.
