What are Physical Spiritual Ascension Symptoms?

Sometimes we do all the right things and we still get put flat.

We’re currently in between two mighty eclipses, and if you’ve been doing some healing work or are more sensitive to changes .. you’ll likely be feeling something stirring or storming in your system

It can have a lot to do with the electro-magnetic landscape of planets mirroring through our own systems

Think of electrified balls circling around each other , they will interact .. then there’s our bodies which have energy ( electricity) all though us

Do some tapping, baby belly breath, breathwork or any other soothing practise.

Once thought of as something 'woo-woo' and unsubstantiated, the world is now realising that WE are energy

“When pregnant, the cells of the baby migrate into the mothers bloodstream and then circle back into the baby, it’s called “fetal-maternal microchimerism”.⁠

For 41 weeks, the cells circulate and merge backwards and forwards, and after the baby is born, many of these cells stay in the mother’s body, leaving a permanent imprint in the mothers tissues, bones, brain, and skin, and often stay there for decades. Every single child a mother has afterwards will leave a similar imprint on her body, too.

Even if a pregnancy doesn't go to full term ( for any reason) these cells still migrate into your bloodstream.

Research has shown that if a mother's heart is injured, fetal cells will rush to the site of the injury and change into different types of cells that specialize in mending the heart.
The baby helps repair the mother, while the mother builds the baby.
How cool is that?
This is often why certain illnesses vanish while pregnant.

Its also shown cells from a fetus in a mother's brain 18 years after she gave birth. How magical is that!

It moves both ways energetically

Once born, and grown we may not wish to limit our energy and clearing the energetic echo's of the cells from both mum and ourselves

PSYCH-K: Its a weird word, yet it holds such huge potential for life change, in the simplest of ways.

We're taught to be skeptical of simple things.
Is it too good to be true? It can't be THAT easy.
A hard days work, earns a honest living.

So true, in another time perhaps.

The world of neuro-science is opening up and discovering more in the last 20 years than it has over the previous 1800 years.
Neuro-science and spiritual practice are finding themselves overlapping.

Science is now 'proving' the effectiveness of techniques in existence for 800 or more years.

As the phoenix rises from once a fire, now ashes and flies again as a new bird we are rising from the fire

Many may see the drama unfolding around ( in small or larger ways) this is simply the fire burning. Transforming log to ash. It also seeks to distract.

Think of the word: you want to travel your way on your journey - your track
When things seek to Dis-trac-t you it's aiming to move your from this hugest and best journey/track you're on

See the flames
See them as they are
Temporary and transforming
Soon the ashes will lay a bed
To launch a new flight

Where will you keep flying towards?
Where does your heart nesting in your chest lead you?
