Hi my name is Angela Mallasch
I have had years of trouble with my hip . After a revision 4 1/2 years ago I got a low grade infection which no one picked up even though my blood results showed there was something going on ! I of course then knew nothing about blood and what to look for . So after 2 years of it growing , it caused huge damage to my muscles after forming cists so I had to go in for two phase hip operations , pick line for 6 weeks with antibiotics. Needless to say has been a very painful journey as in the last 2 years I’ve had 3 big hip ops and now 6 dislocations which I can say is very very painful .
