I believe that our bodies are designed to move and that 'motion' directly influences 'emotion'. My classes are all about connection - the mind/body connection. By moving through yoga poses with ease, in rhythm with our breath, we can gently stretch, and strengthen our bodies while at the same time calming our minds. My classes offer a fusion of yoga and pilates. Practising safely is a focus throughout my classes, and modifications are offered to suit all levels. I like to create a relaxing space, and to encourage everyone to practice to their own degree, to be kind to themselves and to simply enjoy the practice on the mat. Friday 9:15am - 10:25am

Location: Castlewold Drive, Bethlehem
(Daytime classes run through the school term). Yoga mats are available if needed, as are lovely comfy blankets, support props and eye pillows for the relaxation segment at the end of each class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before any of the classes start to allow for settling in time. Take a step out of your day. Let your yoga practice reconnect you with your body, relax your mind, allowing you to focus not on the past or future, but on the present moment. I look forward to meeting you. Nic
