🤲Chiropractor work and massage 🤲

They go well together, and massage is recommended before or after a chiropractor treatment.

Aaron from City Chiropractor comes up to Te Anau and is now based at the Te Anau Wellness Hub the first Wednesday of each month.

🙌 Chiropractors focus on manipulating hard tissues (your bones), while massage therapists will work on your muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The massage will help to soften those muscles around the bones after a chiropractor treatment.

🙌Both of the treatments can be highly beneficial on their own, but they go well together too! While massage therapy can help loosen up the muscles prior to, or after the chiropractic adjustment, a back adjustment can last longer when your muscles are relaxed after a massage.

Do you have information, timetables or notices about any wellness related topics in the area? Well, we are more than happy for these to go up on our notice board in our waiting area.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday so pop in and add them to our board or get in touch and we can do it for you😀

We are humbled to be winners of the Tourism Export Council Product Innovation award for our Great Walk Package presented last night. There were big celebrations for all the tears, resilience shown and awesome memories created over the last couple of years since covid hit our shores.
Thank you to all our guests, contractors and amazing staff, who gave so much support to make the magic happen.
