I am spreading my wings and starting a monthly clinic in Invercargill at Health Down South as well as continuing a monthly clinic in Te Anau.

My first clinic is this Thursday 19th March which is fully booked, then Thursday 23rd April (there is 1 slot available at 2pm) and Saturday 23rd May (lots of times available).

Happy International Women's Day and how apt that it coincided with The Shepherdess Muster . This was an incredible weekend filled with connection, fun, reflection, laughter, tears and learning.

It went by in a flash for me combining doing some consultations along with racing around to amazing workshops and attending inspiring talks. I was so busy I didnt get to take many pictures!

Something magical happens when you push yourself out of your comfort zone and bring women together.

Founded by physiotherapist Marianne Carroll, Align and Uplift is Aotearoa New Zealand’s first and only women’s posture, bra-fit and education physiotherapy service. As a "B***y Physio" Marianne offers individualised posture analysis, teaches women how to fit bras correctly, and provides education on the bra features needed to support different bodies, lifestyles and stages of life.

Originally from a rural community in Ireland, Marianne now lives in Te Ānau with her husband and two young children. She runs a Te Ānau-based clinic every two weeks and regularly speaks at local events, advocating for women to stay active throughout their lives.

Marianne is offering a one-hour consultation for $110, including a postural analysis followed by guidance on how to fit yourself in a bra and which styles will suit you best. You can pre-book by emailing alignanduplift@gmail.com, or at registration on Friday if any appointments are still available.
