I've had a couple of clients ask me this week if I can help them with high blood pressure. While I never say no because Contact Care can help so much, what I did tell them is that I've learned over the last couple of years through my own health journey, is that hypertension is caused by insulin resistance.

Insulin resistance is incredibly common, but it is something that your doctor is unlikely to test for because they're not trained to do so.

And the crazy thing about that is that most of the chronic health issues that people are experiencing these days are caused at least in part, if not completely, by high levels of insulin in the body.

This includes heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease, and Alzheimer's.

This video is a great conversation with one of the world's leading scientists who specialises in researching insulin, Ben Bikman.
