Hi everyone, I have been having trouble changing my name from Jessica Scull Rising Essence to The Sacred Rise on Facebook. I have created a new page with the name and have a link here if you would like to continue following and being a part of my journey. The Sacred Rise means more to me than just a name. This post is about me sharing my own rise.

As a child I was bullied, I lost my self confidence, I lost my ability to see my own worth. As horrible as those experiences were, it gave me the gift of deep empathy, I don’t like seeing others being mistreated and I have a voice that stands for those that are being treated unfairly.

When I was a child I didn’t have the courage to stand up for myself. This lack of self confidence and self worth has had a huge impact on my life and while on my own healing journey I have discovered I am worthy, my self confidence to share who I am and the gifts I have has grown enormously.

Along my journey I had been scared to show the real me for fear of not being accepted or too different but I know we all have magic to share in this beautiful world and we are all needed. As I have worked through the layers and healed wounds my soul has risen and it’s light is shining ever so brightly. It’s not to say I don’t have moments or new layers to heal but I get to honour the real me! Shine your light!✨
