At 82, Rhoda’s mobility was limited by osteoporosis, until weightlifting changed everything.

In just six months, Rhoda, who had experienced severe muscle loss in her back due to spinal osteoporosis, went from barely being able to walk for 30 seconds unaided to squatting, bench pressing, and deadlifting regularly.

This is a fantastic podcast as I learnt as he talks about how bone is formed, DXA scans, what we can do for our children to maximise bone health, how to look after your bones, supplements, bone medication and lots lots more. Well worth a listen!
