What's this? 👀

Here we have Citrus Pulp Pellet, a by-product obtained from the citrus juice industry. It’s made from ground peel, internal residues, and occasional cull fruits (unsuitable for juice) that have been limed, pressed, dried, and pelletised. The result is a dark brown pellet with a nice citrus aroma.

Citrus Pulp Pellet is a great option right now because:
🍊 It's a high energy feed, rich in soluble carbohydrates and digestible fibre
🍊 The girls love the citrus flavour
🍊 It's in pellet form, which will help the flow in the silo

Nutritional benefits:
✅ High calcium content
✅ Low phosphorus (may require supplementation)
✅ Contains limonene, which has potential antimethanogenic properties

What are you feeding your animals? Is it safe, high quality, and what it claims to be?

Nutrinza is proud to be FeedSafe accredited, giving you assurance that all of our blends, additives, and calf feed products have been tested and given the FeedSafeNZ tick of approval before they head to your farm.

FeedSafeNZ was introduced in 2015 to guarantee quality control of animal feed made in New Zealand. This programme is run by the New Zealand Feed Manufacturers Association (NZFMA) and tests the processes used by feed manufacturers. It includes an on-site audit of ingredients, plant, storage and operations. FeedSafeNZ also tests that any additives are what they claim to be.
