45 minutes of physiotherapist guided exercise in the water. An expert blend of:
Resistance training to build muscle and improve range of motion.
Cardio training to improve heart and lung health and
Rehabilitation specific to your injury or surgery all designed to get you moving pain and injury free.
Followed by 15 minutes of 'free' time where you can simply enjoy the water and have a social yarn.
The exercise program changes every week, with new challenges thrown in along the way, and plenty of support.
