We were blessed by a visit from Swami Avatar Puri, the leader of Yoga in Daily Life, who facilitated a Yagna (fire ceremony) on Wednesday. A joyful day!

After a lovely break I’m pleased to be starting a new 10 week yoga course, suitable for everyone on Monday 26 January at 6-715pm. It’s just $80 for the 10 weeks. Come and reconnect with your body, building your flexibility and strength and see how this helps your whole being.
