Did you know that we have a GP working on Thursday mornings doing routine phone consultations? We have appointments available this week for phone consults.

We also have appointments from this week "in person" with our Pharmacist Prescriber.

Pharmacist Prescribers are medication experts who work closely with your healthcare team to ensure your medicines are safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. In addition to reviewing medications and supporting long-term conditions, they are qualified to assess patients and prescribe medicines within their scope of practice.
At our practice, our Pharmacist Prescriber has a special interest in women’s health and long-term condition management, including perimenopause, menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), conservative management of endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), contraceptive care, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
They also play a key role in medication reconciliation and in supporting safe and effective medication changes and adjustments. You may be offered an appointment with our Pharmacist Prescriber for medication-related care or ongoing condition management.

Please email reception@tkhealth.co.nz or call 07 826 3499 if you'd like to book.

We’re taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help keep the Starship Air Ambulance flying and to help save the lives of sick and injured children all over Aotearoa. Will you donate to support our challenge, and help take our fundraising tally sky high?

The Starship National Air Ambulance is New Zealand’s only flying Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. It’s on call 24/7. A full crew can be in the air in a matter of minutes.

This is often the only way a seriously ill or injured can get to a major hospital in time.
But they're counting on your support.

That’s why we’ll be giving it our all this March to help keep the Starship National Air Ambulance flying 24/7. Will you support us? Donate now to help save the lives of Kiwi kids.

From February 2026 you can discuss with your GP/NP Prescriber whether you might be eligible for a 6 or 12 month prescription. Your medical conditions will need to be stable and your medications ones that are not controlled medications and do not require close monitoring. We hope this helps you manage your health and medications more smoothly!
You will need to make an in-person consultation for annual (12 month) prescription (consider booking in your birthday month!)
