A great little read from the CHE....

"In homeopathy, we aim to support the body’s natural ability to heal. But the environment we live in every day can also influence our wellbeing.

Many common household products contain chemicals and synthetic fragrances that may contribute to headaches, skin irritation, or respiratory discomfort, while placing an extra burden on the body’s detoxification systems.

Reducing everyday chemical exposure is a simple way to support overall health. One easy place to start is by replacing conventional cleaning products with natural alternatives.

Here’s a quick homemade cleaner you can make using just a few simple ingredients."

💪 Understanding Shoulder Injuries

Shoulder injuries are more common than many people realize — and they can affect anyone from athletes to everyday movers.
Common Types of Shoulder Injuries:

🦴 Fractures
Breaks in the collarbone, shoulder blade, or upper arm bone, often caused by falls or direct impact. Often undetected in the elderly.

🔁 Dislocations
When the upper arm bone pops out of the shoulder socket. This can cause intense pain and visible deformity.

💥 Rotator Cuff Injuries
Strains, tears, or inflammation affecting the muscles and tendons that help lift and rotate the arm. Often seen in hairdressers or racket sports.

📉 Sprains & Strains
Overstretching or tearing soft tissues from sudden movement or overuse.

Signs Something’s Wrong
• Sharp or persistent pain
• Swelling or bruising
• Limited mobility
• Weakness when lifting the arm
• A “clicking” or “catching” sensation

How They’re Treated
🩹 Rest & immobilization in the early stages (but not too long!)
🧊 Ice, heat, and anti‑inflammatory care
🧘 Physiotherapy for strength + mobility
🛠️ Surgery for severe tears or fractures

Take Care of Your Shoulders
Early diagnosis and proper treatment make recovery smoother and prevent long‑term complications. Listen to your body — and don’t push through pain.
