Hope you enjoy! I am obsessed with isolated chrome and cats eye designs!

Something I use to shy away from, is now something I finally get! Russian matte top coat is the key for isolated chrome... seriously a game changer.

It works better than anything other method I have used!

Other sensations can include:

✨️ Feeling cold - its not like a temperature cold, it like a vacant space cold. Its hard to describe.

✨️ Feeling heavy, almost like your body is stuck to the table

✨️ Literally feeling something leave your body. This isn't like a full body experience, it's often a specific area and something just pings out.

✨️ A weight being lifted. Many people feel lighter after Reiki, like a burden is gone, something shifts.

✨️ Weights being placed on your body. I was once asked if I had placed stones on a clients back, I hadn't, and I was barely touching her.

✨️ Visions, colours or dream like images.

I have felt all these things when I have received Reiki at various times. Sometimes its when I am giving Reiki to myself, sometimes it's when I am giving Reiki to others.

None of it is scary, it doesn't hurt. Reiki only shifts and aligns what you need at that moment in time.

Also my favorite poppies! I don't know why, but I always feel nervous doing them, but these... I nailed these!
