The team at Total Health Pharmacy would like to thank the Thames community for your kindness, patience, laughter and joyful spirits over these busy & challenging few months 🌞
Times in healthcare are constantly changing and as a result, we want to make it clear that our priority remains:
• Your wellbeing & the wellbeing of your whānau
• Our ability to continue our service for the Thames community
This means changes in our health & safety practices:
- We have introduced a 2 person in, 2 person out policy. Please practice physical distancing when you are inside.
- If you are COVID positive or a household contact, please phone us to arrange contactless pick-up.
- Please wear your mask. If you have an exemption please phone us on 07 868 6018 and we can adapt our service to your needs.
Pharmacists are like unicorns in Thames 🦄 , one needs to be on-site to keep the pharmacy open and we don't want ours to become unwell. We are a small team and everyone in our team is incredibly important to keeping our service running safely. We will keep everyone updated on any changes over this time.
What we are asking in this changing climate is:
• Please be kind and patient
• Please organise your medications in advance
• Please allow at least 48-72 hours for re-supplies of your medication
• Please call in advance (07 868 6018) or nominate a support person to collect your medication if you are unwell
