Emma (Our Charge Pharmacist) & the team at Total Health would like to send a friendly reminder to carry out regular skin checks at home and get any skin changes checked out by a pharmacist or doctor.

Our melanoma and skin cancer rates in Aotearoa are some of the highest in the world. We often see people coming in with skin changes that warrant review by a doctor.

There's a helpful acronym for getting us thinking about whether a skin change could be worth getting your GP to have a look at.
