π§ Mondays 7β8pm β Wall Pilates
Build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility using the support of the wall. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting low-impact, controlled movement.
π₯ Wednesdays 6β7pm β Legs, Bums & Tums
Tone and strengthen your lower body and core with a fun, energising workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.
πͺ Saturdays 9β10am β Feel Good Circuits
A mix of cardio and strength exercises designed to boost fitness, improve mobility, and leave you feeling great for the weekend!
