Pure Fertility NZ

Pure Fertility NZ Do you want to learn more about your cycle to conceive, avoid conceiving or heal hormonal issues naturally?

I am a qualified Natural Fertility Educator with a naturopathic approach to health, with over 6 years experience working within the industry. Mily can work with individuals & couples who either want to achieve pregnancy or avoid pregnancy naturally. I provide accredited Continuing Medical Education for medical & health professionals & can work with individuals and couples to help them understand their fertility so that they can either achieve or avoid pregnancy. I also work with breastfeeding mothers who want a natural method of contraception that optimises the quality & quantity of their breastmilk. I am able to work with those who are wanting to:

Achieve Pregnancy
- achieve a pregnancy after a time of unsuccessful "trying"
- time intercourse to maximise changes of pregnancy where there is a low sperm count
- time a pregnancy to suit their lifestyle or specific needs
- maximise their chances of pregnancy in a short or specific timeframe because of endometriosis surgery
- advancing biological clock
- couples separated due to work commitments (eg, service personnel such as army and navy; athletes; shift workers)

Avoid pregnancy
- avoid pregnancy in a manner that fits within a personal desire for a natural lifestyle
- use a natural form of contraception due to their concern about the long-term effects of hormonal contraception
- ensure optimum quality and quantity of breastmilk while breastfeeding

Clients consult me for a natural form of contraception because of:

- contraindications to other methods of contraception
- medical advice to avoid other forms of contraception
- a personal disinclination to use other methods
- women near menopause who are entering into a sexual relationship after a time of celibacy
- contraception during the peri menopausal stage

Now, joy can’t be forced but it can be triggered by the things you do and the decisions you make. So really use the energy of this month to think about things that bring you joy and then go out there and do them! Find your inner child, let go of your responsibilities just for a day or just for an hour, do something spontaneous and allow your true self to guide you to find a new adventure. How long has it been since you’ve laughed until you’ve cried? Or just done something for the fun of it? Drop those excuses and go surprise yourself! August is your time.
