Hi South Canterbury, we currently have quite a bit of therapy equipment out in the community that we would like to get back. If you've been loaned something to help with your recovery, and you've finished with it, please get it back to us so we can use it to help the next person with their journey back to health.

Please be advised there are lots of viruses in the community at present 🦠

Symptoms include coughs, runny noses, body aches & fevers..

‼️ General advice would be to rest, keep fluids up & take Paracetamol as needed (no more than 4 doses over 24 hours) ‼️

Any concerns over & above then please contact us..

Please note staffing levels are also down so please be patient 🙏
