It has been a long while since Iโ€™ve posted on my yoga page and while Iโ€™m still actively practicing, my life has taken a turn skyward!
I followed my dream and became a flight attendant with Air New Zealand, an achievement I am immensely proud of. โœˆ๏ธ
I hope to see you on the regional routes across New Zealand.

Well itโ€™s been a long while since I posted here๐Ÿ˜ฑ, but itโ€™s a very happy 2024 from me and a new start to a new year! Abit of an update from me ๐Ÿ˜Š

Since leaving Timaru 6 months ago, I have delved deeply into the practice of Hot yoga and making my practice a priority in my wellbeingโ€ฆ. Itโ€™s hard to describe that amazing feeling of practicing a class at 39c and feeling the sweat leave the body, really going inward and the sense of self appreciation.

This year also sees me leaving the world of emergency services and into the aviation sector, beginning a new job at the ChCh International Airport as an integrated operations centre controller on the 15th Jan, back to shift work so more time for daytime / midweek yoga ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

So as we move into this new year, approach it with Self Appreciation and all that we ARE capable of. Some years challenge us, others just go by way to fast.

2 years ago I completed 200hrs of Yoga teacher training in Nelson, 21 days of intensive learning, physically, spirituality and mentally - best way to spend long service leave.
