Beach Yoga Tomorrow ❤️🌞🎄🏝️
• 9am-10am
• West end part of the Caroline bay beach, closer to the cliffs.
• Parking first bay as you enter via virtue ave
• Bring your mat, Koha for Helen❤️ and your smile ✨
• If the wind is strong we will move to the grassy part , same area as the parking bay
• There will be a box for the donations ❤️
• Flow will be beginners style with options to go stronger 💪🏽

Let’s start the weekend with movement and intention 😍 I’m so excited to try a new venue , I can already hear the waves 🌊 see you there my friends 🙏🏽🌸🌞

Help Helen Bolton represent NZ in Italy next year♥️ come along to enjoy Yoga at our beautiful beach, Caroline Bay Timaru ♥️it'll be a light hearted session of waking up the body and your energy 🌞

Koha or $20 entry, this option is there for if you want to join but don't have a spare $20 bill at this time of year♥️any form of support towards Helen's endeavour is greatly appreciated 😍

If you don't know me, Hiiiii I'm Jemma 🌸 Yoga ,Vinyasa Flow, teacher. Passionate about movement in the body , focus to un-scatter the mind, and conscious breath to keep that energy flow for your Yoga practise and your Yoga/life off the mat 🥰 laughter is invited, I hold a space for you to be you ♥️

You will need:
- Yoga Mat
- Warm jersey
- Clothes comfy to move around in
- Drink bottle (optional)

NOTE: If there is wind in the morning down at the bay, we will shift to the grassy area in the first parking bay , on the left, at Caroline Bay (Virtue St). The way you go in to get the the playground. ALSO if the weather is cold/wet it will be postponed to the following SUNDAY 22nd Dec.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Once you receive your pass, you have 3 months to attend the number of classes you’ve purchased.
- If I cancel a class or decide to take a holiday, the amount of classes that would have been while be added to your pass (so you don’t miss out)

HOW TO GET ONE
- Send me a message or email and we will discuss payment options 🎉

DO I DO IT BY SCHOOL TERMS?
- Nopey nope! My classes are all year around and I will give everyone notice when/if there is no class a week in advanced 🤎

Welcome to my page! Maternity leave is treating me well and I’m so excited to come back to teaching in the month of May 💕 Mothers Day 💕

My mission is to help people release stagnant energy from the body. To increase and utilise energy (chi) using Yoga, breathwork, light meditation and affirmations.

An energetic block can cause physical symptoms of tight muscles , pain, illness. Movement and intention can help energy break through that blockage. Think of a clump of dirt stuck in a water hose… increasing pressure, twisty turnies and movement… PING dirt flies out and out flows the water.

Message me “READY” if you’re ready to release the blockages to increase and utilise YOUR energy😍❤️🙌🏽
