Arrived just a few days ago and proving to be a hot favourite!

I think a lot about how fast life moves.

We rush from one thing to the next — work, kids, dinner, laundry — and it’s easy to forget that our bodies are trying to keep up with us.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do isn’t another task… it’s to simply stop for a moment, take a slow breath, and notice how we feel.

Your body’s been doing its best for you today. Maybe it deserves a quiet thank-you. 🌿
