Rose had reached a point where she was limiting her movement because her ankle had become so weak. She was stuck in a frustrating cycle of constant pain and re-injury. She even saw a surgeon, whose ultimate advice was clear: she needed targeted, structured strengthening work.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the amazing teachers from St Joseph's Primary School for a private Prosecco and Pilates night! šŸ¾šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø They scored this exclusive evening at a recent auction, and let’s just say—they brought the fun, the laughs, and some serious core strength!
After working hard in the classroom, these teachers definitely earned their time on the mat and the reformer(plus that well-deserved glass of bubbles afterward!).
Thank you all for bringing such incredible energy to the studio.

"Recruit" to Reformer Pro: Meet Jarved Allan! šŸš“ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļø

We’ve all heard of being "volun-told" for a job—and Jarved’s journey to the studio is a classic! When your wife co-owns a Pilates studio, it’s only a matter of time before you get roped into the action. Jarved has been teaching with us for nearly 18months now, and while he jokingly admits he was "pressured" into the role by the boss (aka his wife, Pam!), he’s found a genuine passion for the practice.

Jarved is the face of our Men’s Reformer program, and he’s become a total convert. He loves helping other guys discover that Pilates isn't just about stretching—it’s about building the kind of serious strength and flexibility that keeps you moving for life.

A glimpse into Jarved’s world:
When he isn't at the studio helping men master their core stability, he's is usually found pushing his limits outdoors or at his "day" job of Honey Master!

The Ultimate Challenge: He’s not one to shy away from hard work—he once completed a massive 13-day charity bike ride all the way from Marlborough to Milford! šŸš²šŸ”ļø

"Active Relaxation": His idea of a perfect weekend is staying busy. If he isn’t on his bike, he’s likely out in the great outdoors making the most of the fresh air.

Sarah has been a vital member of our team for nearly five years, and she’s the mastermind behind keeping our Pilates bookings organized. She ensures everything runs smoothly at the studio, making sure our instructors and clients are always in the right place at the right time!
