Please Welcome Our New Chiropractor, Fletcher!

We’re excited to kick off the year by welcoming Fletcher Stone to the Morse Chiropractic Centre team, starting tomorrow, 5th January.

After welcoming Ian back in 2024 and seeing his incredible success in building a strong client base with us, we’re thrilled to continue that momentum as Fletcher joins Morse Chiropractic Centre in 2026.

Fletcher is a recent graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic (NZCC) in Auckland and originally hails from Hamilton. His journey into chiropractic began through rugby, where experiencing chiropractic care firsthand sparked his interest in the performance and recovery benefits it offers. That passion has grown into a genuine commitment to helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best.

As we welcome 2026, whether your goals are around sport, work, family, or simply feeling better day to day, Steve, Ian, and Fletcher are ready to help support you every step of the way.

3 Stretches in 3 Minutes to Keep Your Spine Moving at Work!

Stuck at your desk all day? Take just 3 minutes to reset your posture and support your spine with these simple, chiropractor-approved stretches:

✅ 1. Seated Spinal Twist
Sit tall in your chair, feet flat on the floor.
Place your right hand on the back of your chair and gently twist your torso to the right.
Hold for 15 seconds, breathing deeply. Repeat on the left side.
→ Great for mid-back mobility and posture!

✅ 2. Neck Stretch
Drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
Use your right hand to gently deepen the stretch. Hold for 20 seconds.
Repeat on the left side.
→ Relieves neck tension from long hours at a screen.

✅ 3. Shoulder Rolls
Sit or stand up straight. Roll your shoulders up, back, and down in a circular motion.
