3 Stretches in 3 Minutes to Keep Your Spine Moving at Work!

Stuck at your desk all day? Take just 3 minutes to reset your posture and support your spine with these simple, chiropractor-approved stretches:

✅ 1. Seated Spinal Twist
Sit tall in your chair, feet flat on the floor.
Place your right hand on the back of your chair and gently twist your torso to the right.
Hold for 15 seconds, breathing deeply. Repeat on the left side.
→ Great for mid-back mobility and posture!

✅ 2. Neck Stretch
Drop your right ear toward your right shoulder.
Use your right hand to gently deepen the stretch. Hold for 20 seconds.
Repeat on the left side.
→ Relieves neck tension from long hours at a screen.

✅ 3. Shoulder Rolls
Sit or stand up straight. Roll your shoulders up, back, and down in a circular motion.
