🎄 On Saturday the Betts team attempted to play a round of golf for our annual Xmas catch up. There were some concerns half way through the first hole that we hadn’t brought enough golf balls 🙈 So many laughs, some great shots, a few sideways glances from club members at some very amateur golf being played, and a fantastic day out thanks to Warren Leslie and Pleasant Point Golf. 💔🥺 A cause very close to us personally and professionally. One text, one donation = a huge difference…….

Today New Zealand su***de statistics revealed that in the year up to June 30th- 617 people died by suspected su***de.

617.
617 who left too soon.
617 people who still had so much to give to the world.
617 people whose friends, whānau, workplaces, schools, and communities are missing them every day.

This is a 9% jump from the 565 su***des the year before. This has GOT to change.

Recently we had the privledge of looking after Kath and her husband Norm. While saddened by their passing, we are all so grateful to have been a part of her life’s work and story. Kath gave so much to her community, including officiating at an incredible amount of our farewells.
