Its been some time since we have had space for new students! But we are going to be adding a second class on Thursday evenings. So please let us know if you would like to join! 😊✨️

BEGINNER level is 6.30pm, half the class is full, so only 4 spaces left.
For those with no prior experience to very little amount.

HIGHER Beginners/early INTERMEDIATE class is at 7.30PM
For those with very little amount of experience, or going on medium amount of skills knowledge.

With his first time competing in the Bodybuilding competion coming up, I asked Phil some questions about his journey so far -->

✨️How long have you currently been training in the gym?
I've been training on and off for the last 15 years.

✨️What is your biggest challenge in preperation for the competition so far?
Just fitting in time to get to the gym really.

✨️Any preferred exercises?
I enjoy them all buy I love skull crush's weighted dips incline dumbbell press.


✨️What has been the best thing about your journey so far?
All the support and kind words of encouragement people have been saying.

✨️What advice would you give someone concidering competing for the first time?
Just do it.

Jane has been very busy training HARD for her first time competing in bodybuilding this year. 💪

✨️️How long have you currently been training for?
For my first bodybuilding competition I started at the beginning of November last year, but training really picked up when I hired a better coach who knows what they’re doing in all aspects when it comes to bodybuilding.

✨️Biggest challenge in preperation so far?
Getting sick, as it puts a hold on training , cardio, and also posing.

✨️Your preferred exercises are?
All back exercises.

✨️What has been the best thing about your journey so far?
Getting stronger physically and mentally.

✨️Advice to give someone considering competing for the first time?
Get a good coach who knows what they’re doing and start pose practicing straight away.

What many people may be missing with the proposed (read: "going ahead regardless of what anybody actually wants) RUC (Road User Charges) digitisation, is the very real and present risks to human health. It is well-documented the harm caused to brain cognition and neural function by close and sustained exposure to EMF's (Electro-magnetic Frequencies). Similar to those emitted by mobile phones (which is why new cell phones carry warnings against over-exposure, especially to youngsters) and even so-called "Smart" Meters, the RUC transponders that will have to be installed in ALL your vehicles will be transmitting a constant and sustained broadcast of data via EMF signals every minute, every hour, every day of the year. That means if, for example, you may have in your garage an SUV, a town car, a vintage car and one or two motorcycles - each and every one will be transmitting EMF's all the time when you're working in your garage, or sleeping next to it. You'll also be exposed to these harmful emissions at any time you're driving - the metal cage of your vehicle acting as a giant super-antenna, amplifying the signals - and associated damage to your health and well-being. Leaving aside any arguments relating to surveillance, control, intrinsic human freedoms, data security, links to Digital ID’s and CBDC’s, and excessive state and globalist overreach, these "proposed" RUC changes signal an entirely untested and unpredictable journey that sacrifices human health for high-tech convenience (convenience for The State, that is, not for everyday Kiwis...)
