Class notice: There will be no class tomorrow ❤️‍🩹. Unfortunately dear ones, I’m unwell. It happens to the best of us I’ve heard 😜.
As such I will be taking some of my own advice & resting as much as I can this coming week so I get myself back to sharing classes as enthusiastically & passionately as I usually do.
Aim to return to the mat next Monday 23rd.
Thank you for being the best community, I truly can’t wait to be back on the mat with you.
