An app mainly for Māori and whānau who are experiencing challenges to their mental or emotional well-being, however, it would also be useful for anyone who is going through a hard time or distressing situation.
It's based on the Māori models of health – Te Whare Tapa Whā and Manaaki Tangata – incorporating holistic concepts of well-being, including emotional, physical, spiritual and whanau aspects.
