Please note we provice NZTA services as part of the NZ post service. This includes but not limited to: Road user charges, registrations and change of ownership for vehicles. We hear VTNZ Putaruru are no longer providing these services and are sending our lovely community out of town. Come see us we would love to help, and we are trying to prove to NZ post why these services should stay in this town! Help us out so we can continue to provide this service.

We have measles vaccines available, please walk in anytime. They are free and are recommended for anyone born after 1969 who are unsure if two MMR vaccines have been given in their life. Come and have a friendly chat to our team about your concerns with the measles outbreak.

Happy pharmacy technician day! Check out our lovelies here at Unichem Putaruru. Some of the wonderful things they do, for which you many not know :
Operate our automation (pictured here)
Create , sign off and unpack our complex orders.
Cold chain management.
Enter prescriptions to get the required funding for your medications.
Look up special authorities
Ring doctors for all kinds of issues such as beauricratic mistakes , wrong dosages , missing items.
Do blood pressure readings.
Answer questions about prescriptions and pharmacy medicines.
And so so much more (including putting up with us pharmacists!)
We need them, we love them ,and we appreciate the hard work and dedication each and every tech puts into their day to make us a happy striving pharmacy . Kia kaha wahine toa .
