I love my electric heating pad.
Wouldn’t be without it. Heat (& massage & stretching) so good to relax tight sore muscles -all over the body. Shoulders, neck, wrap it round a leg and great for sore stomachs too. Farmers dept have a great discount right now on a large neck & shoulders heating pad. Reduced from $140 to $59.

I feel very fortunate that the massage balm I use on my clients, is sent to me by my Thai friend in Bangkok. She is a master herbalist and teacher of traditional Thai therapeutic and medicinal plants. The balm is made in a temple with fresh and dried Thai herbs. Very good for the whole body.

Lovely one hour facial this morning on a warm bed to the sound of rain.
Cleanse, hot towel, exfoliation with steam & scrub tool, facial massage with Rosactive lotion & bronze Kansa wand, while moisturizing mask plus Hyaluronic sheet mask lower leg & foot massage.
Ending with a little Kadaku oil
& head massage . Client was glowing and very relaxed afterwards. One hour- $90

Just finished for the year. Back on January 7th. I feel so fortunate and privileged to have so many lovely long time and also new clients. Thank you all so much.
Blissful - is often a comment I hear after a treatment. So good to let go of stress & tight muscles and take time for ourselves. We need to feel that space and peace in our busy lives.
