A timely reminder that having food and water is important. Coming here to see us always has better outcomes if you stay hydrated and have had something nutritious to fuel your body.
We know pain can make you forget things, it can make little things like eating seem too difficult however, it is important to keep fueling your body. We need and want everyone to be safe, well and giving themselves the best opportunity to recover from injuries and reach the best possible outcomes.

🤣Random post🤔
Child: "Mum come quick, the toilet is smoking'.
Me: "What do you mean, there is nothing in a toilet that can make it smoke, do you mean the light in the ceiling?'
Child: "No, its definately the toilet! Come on".
Off we go....and indeed the toilet was 'smoking'😂🤦‍♀️. This kid keeps me guessing.
