We are down at the awa wāhine mā, Ngā huinga (Cherry Grove) 11.30am - 12.30pm

Our wāhine workshop will be running as well doing poi making and whakapapa workshop 11am ladies. Will see u there x

Kia ora Tokoroa, today's quit smoking workshop has been postponed till next week due to training.

We had quite a few no shows last 2 weeks. Totally understand this is a difficult decision to make. No judgement made.
But if you would like me to come and have a catch up to have a kōrero around what this journey looks like for you, I'm here to tautoko you and keen to have a kōrero. I can come to you or shout u a cuppa in town.
If you have tamariki I'm happy to catch up at macas for a ice cream too 🤤.

Please note, we are a quit to***co service. No matter how often or how you take it. Let's get rid of it once and for all. We are here to help you 😁
