Last night after 41 weeks of waiting a lovely family got to finally meet their gorgeous little girl (3640g). Mum did amazing and worked well with her body to gently bring her daughter earthside. After some bonding time and a few checks, the whanau went home to spend their first night together. Congratulations.

After finishing with baby number one for the day, I quickly drove to Waikato Hospital to see an absolutely adorable set of twins being born via c/s. This mommas family just got a whole lot bigger as she welcomed a precious son (2900g) and a darling girl (2330g) into her loving arms. Congratulations whanau. p.s love the names.

Since Sunday 4 precious little girls have been born. All with very different journeys. One at 33 weeks, one at home, one at the birthing unit and one via cs after a very long labour. Each of these darlings have beautiful strong mommas, who are all so happy to finally meet their princesses. Congrats and we'll done to you all.
