Huge Saturday at Tukino with everything open and skiing well ❄️👌

Unfortunately we were beaten by the wind today but we have people on the mountain for the first week of the school holidays so come and get some 🎿⛷️

Arguably the best coverage we have had for years 🤘

The riders of the storm were out in it today, slaying 10-15cm of heavy pow with big wind-drifts in places

One of those days when you just have to be here ❄️

Storm riding at Tukino today ❄️🤘

It snowed and blowed all day but we got 50 people out on bottom tow with some beautiful powder to be had 🤛

Ropes tied up ready to hit more freshies tomorrow 🤙🏼

Let’s go. Tukino is opening for your skiing and riding pleasure this Saturday 🏔️🤙🏼

The weather is looking great for the weekend so bring the chilly bin and a bbq and lets have a good old fassioned tailgate in the carpark 🐄

Bonus is we received a top up of snow Sunday into Wednesday night and we will open what we can for you snow conditions dependent ❄️

It’s still early season with a few sharkies waiting to nibble at those skis really who doent like a free base grind? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Nah there is some nice wind blown powder to be had in the gullies and some good turns to be had 🤌

Staff were welcomed to the mountain for training weekend with fresh snow on the ground ❄️🏔️

A new deck for the portacom was installed as well as other pre season tasks being completed 🚜

Beautiful morning on the Maunga today 🏔️

Our team where on the hill measuring up for a deck on the portacom (Think Apres 🍻🍻)

Walking the tow lines, checking the pulleys, doing some running repairs on the tow sheds and getting the snow fences back in place to catch the first snow of the season ❄️
