May Movement Classes for Happy Hips & Pelvis Power:
The pelvis connects spine and legs and is critical for generating and absorbing force: walking, running, standing, sitting, climbing, getting up and down... Healthy movement integration at the pelvis keeps you active, helps with balance and prevents lower back and knee issues in the long run. Join us for some stretching, strengthening and learning.
