It is important to eat whole, real foods for our body and for a good night's sleep. Nuts and seeds are excellent. Some can be quite expensive but if you don't have any in the pantry, how about starting with chia seeds and sunflower seeds? Great to use in salads or smoothies.

Age is not an excuse for sleeping less. It is just that we become more sensitive to factors that wake us up.
Tip 1 for better night's sleep:
Don't worry or stress about last night's sleep - let it go and know that 'you are in control of your sleep'.
