I have been in deep resistance of feeling all the emotions threading through my body lately.

Not because I don’t want to go there, because I have had little space to myself, where I know this is part of my make up, to be alone to rebirth.
I recently was fully initiated into my leadership and it was so deeply juicy, I wondered if I was addicted to crisis.

But as Lauralea pointed out, my unique gifts is calming chaos and returning home, integrating the energy.

What a game changer. Here I was my subconscious attacking my inner resourcer who knows she needs to rest to renourish and replenish, while also holding templates of perfection and martydom.

And this is where the WORK truly is.
Not in your business strategy, not in your sales support.
But in the unveiling of the subconscious threads that weave your daily experience.

I was making it mean something.
I was making it take my energy out.

I even put my neck out at C5. (Which by the way in my Kanika Oracle deck coming out soon, refers to PRESENCE).
I have been running on the smell of an oily rag, after leading some big personal pieces. As well as landing Kanika Club - Gettn’ Sassy Membership, Kanika Practitioners Training and Kanika Teachers training.

I had unexpected events occur where my space was. And I even forgot that even while on easter holiday there was only 2hrs I was alone. And I process completely alone.

Hubby was away for 3weeks in 5. I navigated a sick dog, a kid who is having friend troubles and getting ousted from my local community for calling out BS adult behavior.

THIS is nervous system regulation at it’s deepest, when running a multi 6 figure business part time.
This is when the bones start shaking and the body starts throwing signs at you.

And the only way to truly create shifts is to go BODY deep and find those beliefs and purge them.
