We're incredibly proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Gillian Robinson-Gibb (RN, BN, FACHSM, CHE, Author), has been awarded Fellowship of the Australasian College of Health Service Management - ACHSM in Darwin this week.
Fellowship is the highest and most esteemed membership category awarded by ACHSM, the peak professional body for health managers in Australasia. This significant achievement recognises Gillian's demonstrated excellence in health leadership and management, her extensive knowledge and conceptual skills, and her ongoing commitment to improving health and wellbeing across the aged care sector.
With over 30 years as a registered nurse and health professional, Gillian has dedicated her career to transforming aged care in New Zealand. From performing statutory management roles in failing services to founding Hercules Health (originally HCSL), she has consistently championed better outcomes for residents and providers alike. As a Lead Auditor and author of two books on excellence in residential care, Gillian has built her reputation as the 'go to' person for understanding and meeting compliance requirements as well as the adoption and design of new tools and technology for the sector.
This Fellowship—recognised both nationally and internationally—reflects not only Gillian's individual achievements but also the values of her leadership that drive Hercules Health: compassion, quality of care, and an unwavering commitment to supporting the aged care sector to be better than before.
Congratulations, Gillian! Your leadership continues to inspire our entire team and the 165+ aged care services we're privileged to support across New Zealand.
