Home Workout 4: Lockdown Edition 2. Check out this week's Home Workout #4. It adds a little twist but still keeps in time to your favourite tabata music. These quick 4 minute workouts can be used as energy boosts while working or counted as a HIIT training workout with cardio added in between. Either way, they can be completed in small spaces indoors or outside. So grab some weights and lets start moving!

Interested in a stimulating leadership workshop? Are you not too sure how to handle the hard and confronting issues of effective leadership? Dr Eileen Piggott-Irvine is leading a one day workshop on leadership bullying, integrity and building trusting relationships at the Spencer on Bryon October 14th. Kelly McCallum will be co-facilitating with Hilary Quosai alongside Dr Piggott-Irvine and adding to the expertise with issues such as dark leadership and emotional intelligence.
