While the scientific methodology has been well executed, there is by no means conclusive proof that Vitamin D is a cure or effective treatment for Covid 19. It is highly likely that sufficient Vitamin D intake does play an important role in minimising the risks of acute respiratory infection.

If you choose to supplement Vitamin D3 as a precautionary measure, don't let it tempt you to relax the precautionary measures set out by the government and medical experts.
