Here is the ancient rock where the Oracle sat in very ancient times before any of the temples had been built. We can only guess that perhaps she was a simple woman who had the gift of prophecy sitting by the side of a path the rock behind her split in too with the vapours of the earth assisting her in reaching altered states of consciousness until the Greek leaders found her and set her up in the temple.

No one knows if she chose to go or it was by force. What we do know was that this was the time of the worship of Mother Earth. It was the feminine principle of wisdom and intuition that was so sort after. Perhaps the men were too busy fighting or too disconnected to the earth.

The oracle (always female it seems) was revered in ancient times with Athena and Artemis worshiped on equal footing as Apollo and the other male gods.

Women’s sensitivity and intuition was greatly respected rather than undermined in the 21st century. Stay posted for my next instalment in Aegina!!!

Here is my last day in Delphi with the ancient temple at sunset. It was such a magical moment with stillness here, just the sound of the light wind , rustling of olive leaves and the distant sounds of crickets.
The wifi here is not so strong so My last video diary recording will have to be uploaded perhaps when I get home. Delphi gifted us so much including its fresh mountain air and pure clean mountain water from the Kastalian water fountain that is continuously gushing, Mother Earth continuously gifting.

As we leave Delphi we return to Athens briefly to travel down to Paresus to catch the ferry to the Island of Aegina.

A Journey Back To My Ancient Heritage: Rediscovering the Healing Wisdom of Ancient Greece!

Imagine stepping back in time to the land of ancient Greece, where the air is filled with the scent of olive groves and the whispers of centuries-old wisdom. This is where healing wasn’t just about treating the body but nurturing the mind and soul—a holistic approach that has influenced wellness practices for millennia.

This was a world where wellness was intertwined with the rhythms of nature and the divine. This is the world of ancient Greece, a place that holds a special place in my heart, not just as a visitor, but as someone reconnecting with my own heritage.

As a Greek woman, this journey is deeply personal. It’s a chance for me to walk the same paths as my ancestors, to explore the sacred healing temples of Greece ~ from Delphi, Asclepius to Aphaia on the Greek Island of Aegina.

The Ancient Greek Healing Perspective

The ancient Greeks sought restoration through rituals, dream therapy, and the wisdom of nature. These temples were not just places of worship; they were sanctuaries where people came to heal deeply and holistically.

I’ll be sharing the timeless practices and insights that I uncover, and how they resonate with my own experience of being Greek, of feeling that deep connection to the past. There’s a profound sense of coming home as I explore the ancient wisdom that still speaks to us today, guiding us toward a life of deeper wellness and inner peace.

My invitation

I invite you to join me on my journey, as I rediscover the healing wisdom of ancient Greece. It’s a journey of reconnection—to my heritage, to the land of my ancestors, and to the timeless practices that can nurture our bodies, minds, and souls in a way that is gentle, compassionate, and true to who we are.

My journey begins in just a few days as I fly to England and start my exploration, firstly at the British Museum in London which still holds many ancient Greek artifacts, including the spectacular Elgin marbles.

Then flying to Athens, Greece in mid- September where I'm thrilled to have friends joining me on the journey and meeting with Greek healers who will be sharing their knowledge with me. There is so much to learn and understand.

I'm excited to be sharing this journey with you and all that I learn. I often wonder if, perhaps in past lives, I was a healer in ancient Greece as so much of what I have discovered resonates deeply.

My Learnings

Although I use modern practices like EFT, Light Therapy, and Energy Healing fundamentally my purpose has remained the same ~to heal myself and others so we may find our own true nature of brilliance and magnificence beyond all limitations.

What will the ancient Greeks teach us about healing that we have forgotten?

What I have learnt so far is that ancient Greek healers where exceptionally sensitive, intuitive and creative in the way the worked. They were so finely tuned in to the natural as well as the spiritual realms often turning to The Divine (Source Energy) or the Gods for healing inspiration. They used their gifts of sensitivity for the welfare of humanity.

Absolutely love this! 🩷

I want to age like sea glass.
Smoothed by tides, not broken.
I want the currents of life to toss me around, shake me up and leave me feeling washed clean.
I want my hard edges to soften as the years pass , made not weak but supple.
I want to ride the waves, go with the flow, feel the impact of the surging tides rolling in and out.
When I am thrown against the shore and caught between the rocks and a hard place, I want to rest there until I can find the strength to do what is next. Not stuck . just waiting, pondering, feeling what it feels like to pause.
And when I am ready, I will catch a wave and let it carry me along to the next place that I am supposed to be.
I want to be picked up on occasion by an unsuspected soul and carried along , just for the connection, just for the sake of appreciation and wonder.
And with each encounter, new possibilities of collaboration are presented, and new ideas are born.
I want to age like sea glass so that when people see the old woman I’ll become, they’ll embrace all that I am. They’ll marvel at my exquisite nature, hold me gently in their hands and be awed by my well-earned patina.
Neither flashy nor dull, just a perfect lustre.
And they’ll wonder, if just for a second, what it is exactly I am made of and how I got to this very here and now.
And we’ll both feel lucky to be in that perfectly right place at that profoundly right time.
I want to age like sea glass. I want to enjoy the journey and let my preciousness be, not in spite of the impacts of life, but because of them ..

It's just a week to go before our nurturing blissful women's wellness retreat here at Heartstream Wellness Centre, Richmond. It's so lovely to be able to offer a day of healing and nurturing to other woman here in person again. The format of the day will be:-
Starting with some EFT tapping to release our stresses and tensions so we can feel calm and centred😮‍💨
Then a guided meditation to connect to our soul and inner heart wisdom.🩷

We will end our day I will provide each woman an energy healing for restoration and re-alignment.🌅

I’m really enjoying working with clients using Phototherapy or Loght Therapy with them. The fullerene c60 lens is encoded with sacred Fibonacci code (sacred geometry). This means that as the light passes through this lens the perfect symmetry re-aligns are cells which our out of balance ( what we call sick cells) back to their original state. After a series of light therapy sessions the body can return to its healthy state.

So far I have helped a client with tight neck to allow more movement, deeper more restful sleep and feelings of calmness.

A client with high blood pressure that’s seen a significant reduction and is feeling more energised and calmer.

And a client who was having a lot of anxiety and in constant fight and flight response to feel calmer ongoingly.

For the next month I will be offering new clients a free 40 min session and all clients half price thereafter to gain long term benefits.

My new Light Therapy machine has just arrived and I’m fascinated in using it for my clients and seeing all the wonderful results!

I have always been fascinated by Light therapy when I learnt about my Ancient Greek heritage of Healing Temples with coloured glass used for healing people. When I found out about the Bioptron Hyperlight system which has colour filters of the rainbow used for different healing purposes I knew I had explore this further. Used for so many issues including skin issues, arthritis, pain, emotional dysfunction etc it is a wonderful addition to my Wellness centre.

I’m currently offering free 40 min sessions to trial it out so message me if you are interested in a session over the next few weeks.

Loving sharing the creativity of the Heartstream Process with EFT practitioners and getting comments like “Wow I’m in awe of the process” and “Goodness I didn’t realise the brilliance of my own conscious mind in healing compared to the limitations of my rational mind!” “I love what an organic process it is”

It’s these words of validation that keep encouraging me to share the Heartstream Process with others. Training other healers and EFT practitioners has become such a joy! 🙏💖😀
