I had a work accident 24 years ago and so was put on very strong meds from the doctor and specialist for a number of years. That wasn't good for my short-term or long-term health. But using magnesium cream I have been able to ditch just about all those meds over a short time span. Magnesium cream is like taking pain killers without all the side effects. By using magnesium cream topically it goes into the skin and reaches exactly where the damage is, without going through my digestive system, as pills do.
